Cytoskeleton and its related components play critical roles in many different types of cells. However, their structure remain incomplete. Hence, in our lab, we aim to investigate the structure and function of cytoskeleton and its related components by multiple experimental methods.

GPCRs are widely expressed in many types of cells, including neurons, and have critical roles for cells to communicate with outside environment. They are the major drugable targets. Hence, we aim to investigate their structure and functions.

Natural compounds have important implications in medicine. Through collaborations, we aim to screen novel compounds which have the potential to treat many types of diseases, like cancers and cardiac diseases.
